Almost ready for vacation...

I am more than ready to head out to San Diego, but I don't know if all my STUFF is ready to go. I have to borrow a suitcase from Cousin Jen, but she doesn't get back from HER vacation til Wednesday (I think). I even have all the rides to and from the airport worked out...I have been making a HUGE list of things I need to take and I'm really hoping not to forget anything (like I manage to do 90% of the time). We shall see.
Oh, I saw the Indiana Jones movie with my mom this past weekend and I was AWSOME!!! Vintage Indy, but with a bizarre ending if you ask me. Very well done.

So the dog is farsighted...and she runs into some things every once in a while, but can see at farther distances...she's extremely happy otherwise and healthy on all other levels...so why would someone "not be doing that dog a favor by keeping it around?" I think I've said enough...

Nurse's week at work...proof that the devil's really running the show here on Earth. It's bad enough that the nurses in the hospital at which I work can DO and/or SAY whatever they want to whomever they choose, but now the hospital is honoring them by, you guessed it, giving them FREE COFFEE at my bar. So, now I have to put up with ALL of the snooty nurses along with my nice ones who's company I actually enjoy! This is going to be a long rest of the month...oh yeah, did I mention that the "don't call me BABE" lady is a nurse supervisor in Med Surg! Woohoo!

I KNOW the Boy Dylan and Bob Marley are just turning in their graves right now! Just cuz Castro has dreads does not mean he can sing Marley...and he forgot the words to a BOB DYLAN song!!! Nothing else needs be said...
